Qualtrics text box not fillable -


one of users has created survey several text box questions. settings on these questions such box "essay text box" , there no validation selected. of respondents not able enter text these text boxes when completing survey. others have no problem it. unfortunately, don't have details browser , os using. browser compatibility issue? there else should at? thanks!
