gstreamer - Which programs (will be installed on centos 7) are used for rtsp vod streaming to android clients? -


i want build centos 7 server streaming mp4 videos(video on demand) android devices. searched , learnt rtsp protocol used stream android devices previous posts , articles. also, learnt darwin not updated anymore.

however, knowledge out of date; ie, belongs old posts , articles published several years ago.

i cannot find enough information rtsp vod streaming, whether rtsp required android clients, comparison of darwin , gstreamer, alternatives of these servers (free , open source preferred)
