Getting error message when trying to launch app .net -


i new in .net , trying run dotnet following error message:

the specified framework 'microsoft.netcore.app', version '1.1.2' not found.

in .csproj file targeting <targetframework>netcoreapp1.1</targetframework> , package reference:
