performance - Jmeter CSV file and dupliate data entry -


i trying load testing in jmeter, recording script , uploading csv file , since have configured parameters $ & {..}, still csv file not getting upload , data not entered.

while recording script page gets refreshed on ui entered data seen, while recording previous entered data captured , while running script same data upload , shows error duplicate entry...ie data csv file not getting upload , whatever data entered while recording same getting upload , script fails.
