binning - Rebinning data in Excel -


i have wind data in excel binned wind speed , direction. want re-bin cover different intervals (assuming data uniform across original intervals). i.e want go from: enter image description here

meteor - inserting data to database gives error "insert failed: Method '/texts/insert' not found" -
