Alexa skill rejected without feedback -


i have submitted skill 3 times. stays in in review state day or 2 reverts development, without feedback (as far can find). 1 thing think may cause our app has active beta test using alexa beta testing feature.

any ideas on why happening , can do. thanks.

amazon should emailing feedback when skill gets rejected no-reply-skilldev@amazon.com, search through spam folder of whichever email account have linked alexa skill make sure you're not missing messages.

after you've confirmed amazon isn't sending feedback, i'd comb through each of certification checklists make sure skill meets criteria:

i'd suggest resubmitting after going through each of checklists, , reaching out amazon on certification inquiry page on https://developer.amazon.com/support.
