Eclipse Oxygen doesn't show any preferences -


out of blue eclipse oxygen doesn't show preferences. working ok, i've started today (no updates, no new plugins etc) , there no preferences? windows 10 64b, eclipse oxygen 64b. tried restart several times, can't change theme well. this?

update: when switch workspace works ok.
