My file (.json) has weird characters but changing encoding doesn't seem to work -


when open specific json file i'm presented enter image description here current encoding have chosen in notepad++ ansi non of them make better. replaced json keys key , values value can see how it's meant be.

if think know what's wrong can download shown in image here. file end oddly cut off of json file.

the file large manually copy values , make proper json file. if know how fix please let me know, :)
