On Windows 10, how to fix the Android emulator when it does not fit its window -
i have issue whereby android emulator not fit window shown in image below. strangely, interact emulator believes screen fit open gmail in image, must click near bottom of screen in black. also, screenshot comes out correctly no black.
what have tried remedy issue:
- i have tried range of android apis (o, nougat, lollipop, etc.)
- i have tried downgrading android studio
- i have tried reinstalling android studio deleting
.androidetc. fresh install - i have tried installing recommended updates (haxm, etc.)
- i have tried range of phone/tablet screen sizes
- i have tried range of settings including different graphics options configurable under avd manager
- this includes setting graphics software
- i have tried resizing window
- i have tried zooming in/out
can help? seems such basic thing.
