Use Google Docs for a Technician Work Order Schedule -


i see possibly using google docs schedule making work orders service technicians in our company. service use has issues updating correctly i'm using built-in "daily schedule" template in google sheets , adding events there, using different cell background colors represent different technicians , comment feature add information work order. issue still rely on other service database work orders , notifying technicians of orders are. use script can keep daily schedule template's overall look, have ability assign calls different technicians, , email them information of work order. email need contain synopsis of event customer's information. nice have ability drop pin on google maps @ location, i'm not sure if that's quite possible. found (https://gist.github.com/mhawksey/1643207) , going try editing needs, little out of league here i'm getting javascript myself. not asking work me, or pushes in right direction appreciated!
