ibm bluemix - No invoice option on account menu -


hope in ibm-bluemix group. idea how invoice on pay go accounts ? credit card charges not match usage summaries. getting ready dump bluemix seems have degraded on these past 6-18 months.

there different ways obtain invoice depending on type of account.

if have bluemix account linked bluemix infrastructure account, can view invoice within bluemix administrative console using these steps:

  1. log in bluemix.
  2. click manage , select billing , usage > invoices.
  3. click invoice

note: must have bluemix , bluemix infrastructure (formerly softlayer) linked account see invoices option. more information, see linking bluemix , softlayer accounts.

if have bluemix subscription or pay-per-use account, can request invoice through invoices on-line site. use same ibm id , password use log bluemix. if cannot log in, go register here option , select appropriate choice obtaining invoices account. more information invoices, access ibm customer support web site, select region, , click frequently asked questions > invoices , payments.


in terms of usage information versus billing, information might you:

look @ account dashboard see free allotments services using. free allotments applied account level , not organization level. in addition, differences depend on type of account explained below:

  • subscription: billed contractual interval based upon negotiated payment usage credits. bill not equal usage.
  • trial: account dashboard lists estimated cost of environment if had pay-per-use account.
  • pay-per-use: usage dashboard lists owe including free allotments provided services. note: third-party services, such sendgrid, not bill service through bluemix if signed service outside of bluemix.

if have separate platform service (paas) , infrastructure service (iaas – formerly known softlayer ) accounts, billed separately. however, can 1 combined bill if link accounts. more information, see linking bluemix , softlayer accounts.
