wampserver - How to fix wamp server don't work localhost refused to connect? -


i have wampserver version 2.3 x86 icon go green when write localhost or 127.0.0.0 appear localhost refused connect. appear in image below: enter image description here

how fix it?

i think service off. turn on service.

go - my computer->manage->service , application->services->here find server , restart service.
