Cannot select .NET framework Visual Studio 2015 -


since installing visual studio 2015 have been unable select .net framework when creating visual studio 2015 project, means cannot create project. have seen several posts stating same issue, such this, despite having of these solutions in environment, still see in ide:

is there way link installed .net framework vs2015 ide through ide?
